The role

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in 2D Drawing and Detailing, you will be responsible for managing technology in complex projects. Your role is pivotal in providing technical guidance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. You will leverage your expertise to drive project success and uphold best practices within the team.

What you'll do

1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Enhancing Their Capabilities In 2D Drawing And Detailing Tools, Ensuring High Levels Of Productivity And Quality Output.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Cad Software, While Implementing Performance Optimization Techniques And Best Practices In 2D Design To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, And Evaluating Technical Alternatives And Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
