The role

We're now looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join our team!
What you'll do
As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:
Run the Section during prep and service
Prepare dishes from scratch, following our recipes and standards
Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready
Support and train new team members
Work closely with Kitchen Management to ensure smooth service
Lead by example with energy, precision and a problem-solving mindset
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Support your team during busy services
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
• Big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
