The role
Location: Browns Brasserie, Brown Thomas, Patrick Street, Cork
Job Type: Full time, part time also available
Start Date: Immediate or Flexible Start
Experience: 6 months experience preferred, but we'll train the right person!
What you'll do
• Greeting and serving guests with warmth and efficiency
• Taking orders, running food and drinks, and managing tables
• Delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced setting
• Helping guests feel welcome and well looked after
• Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
• Supporting with side duties, cleaning, and setup/close-down tasks
