The role
At The SpitJack, we don't just serve food - we serve experiences. Our award-winning rotisserie brasserie is known for incredible Irish produce, creative dishes, and unforgettable service. Located in the heart of Limerick on Bedford Row, we're proud to be a go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.
We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team.
What you'll do
Assisting chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Washing up and managing dishware/pot wash
Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
