Currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistants in Swords, Dublin 5, 13 and 17.

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans

• Supporting client independence and social engagement

• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
