Manufacturing and Product Development Engineer (Nano Bubble Technology)

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing and Product Development Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the entire cycle of our cutting-edge nano bubble generators. This includes the manufacturing, testing, and optimisation of our products, as well as providing key contributions to their design, standardisation, and industrialisation. This is a hands-on role for a professional who is passionate about bringing new technology from concept to a robust, market-ready product.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and product development, with a proven track record of working with complex systems.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or product development environment;
• A strong understanding of mechanical and fluid dynamics principles, preferably with experience in systems involving pumps, compressors, and fluidic circuits;
• Hands-on experience with product testing and optimisation. This includes developing test plans, analysing data, and implementing design improvements;
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA);
• Familiarity with industrial standards and regulatory compliance. Experience with CE marking and other relevant certifications is highly desirable;
• A demonstrated ability to contribute to the industrialisation of new products, including scaling up production and ensuring product reliability;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
• Experience with nano bubble technology, microfluidics, or related fields is a significant advantage;
• Knowledge of material science, particularly in relation to fluid compatibility and corrosion resistance;
• Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition systems for product performance validation.
