The role
An interesting role in Electrical Field Engineering including overseeing and managing electrical projects in the field, ensuring compliance with industry standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, creating schematics and blueprints and collaborating with other engineers and contractors to ensure project success. A great opportunity to work directly on-site, ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment, often travelling to client sites.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, wiring diagrams, and relevant software;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other engineers;
- Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and regulations;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others;
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools;
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools.

AquaB Nanobubble Innovations Ltd was incorporated in 2020 to commercialise breakthrough patented low-energy, membrane-free nanobubble-generation technology using static electric fields.
The company was awarded the 2020 IChemE Global Award in the Water category. This recognition reflects strong international interest in AquaB's unique approach to nanobubble generation, and the advances made in nanobubble aeration for activated-sludge and dissolved-air flotation, as well as in the oil-and-gas sector (e.g. for more sustainable oil extraction, as well as water treatment). In 2022, AquaB was awarded a European Innovation Council Accelerator grant to support the ongoing commercialisation of its nanobubble generation technology, and this project was completed very successfully. As part of its market-entry strategy, AquaB is finalising engineering designs, manufacturing processes and late-stage business development for its various models of best-in-class nanobubble generators; this includes engineering-standard certification as well as CE/UL marking and ISO-compatibility finalisation.
