The role
We're looking for a friendly, motivated Shop Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time role and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their skills in a busy shop environment.
What you'll do
Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service
Helping customers with advice and recommendations
Keeping the shop fully stocked, clean and looking its best
Supporting the team with great merchandising and customer service
Handling cash safely and following company procedures
Keeping waste to a minimum through good stock rotation
Dealing with customer questions and queries in a positive and professional way
Supporting the Store Manager with other tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Shop Assistant is an advantage, but we’re happy to hear from someone ready to take the next step and learn
Great communication and people skills
A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support a team
Self-motivated and reliable
Good attention to detail
