The role

Dublin Airport offers a wide and diverse range of services to both our Airline partners, Ground Handling agents and additional internal and external service areas. Operating in a busy Airport environment the Airport Delivery Team members are essential in delivering a world class passenger experience for our customers.

What you'll do

  • Provide a visible and proactive presence to enhance passenger experience at Dublin Airport across all passengers facing functions
  • Manage the movement of pedestrians and trolleys on the campus
  • Replenishing trolley bays within areas
  • Queue management or security sweeps as required
  • Escalate any security screening issues that arise to the Airport police or Service Delivery Lead as appropriate
  • Support Security Units as required
  • Provide customer service in liaison with airlines, handling agents, state agencies, passengers
  • Identify and deliver improvement initiatives and other potential process improvements.
  • Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented
  • Ensure compliance with H&S procedures
  • Deal with lost property left in the terminal
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests

Daa as regulated entity requires all applicants to

  • Pass 5-year background check (including a criminal background check/Garda Vetting)
  • Pass a medical evaluation
  • Successfully meet all requirements to obtain an Airport Identity Card
