Counter Assistant in Dublin

We are recruiting for an experienced Counter Assistant to work on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week) in our location at Avoca Ballsbridge. This position is for an immediate start and the candidate must be flexible.

• Customer Service - A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person and via phone
• Till use - scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner.
• Replenishing stock, ensuring the retail department is always in line with Avoca brand standards.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and in keeping with Avoca brand standard
• Ad-hoc duties outlined by your manager

• Experience working in a busy hospitality environment
• Barista experience desirable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator
• Motivated & self driven
• Customer focused
