What you'll do
· Oversee daily operations of Burger King, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
· Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
· Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
· Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
An Applegreen Burger King Manager would ideally
· Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
· Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
· Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
