Lab Transformation Senior Manager

Our Lab Transformation practice brings together scientific innovation and advanced digital technologies to modernize laboratory operations. We partner with clients to co-create digitally enabled labs that transform scientific processes and outcomes. Our team combines scientific and lab informatics expertise with strategic consulting and industry platform knowledge, delivering innovative solutions at global scale across industries.

We leverage automation, AI, IoT, analytics, and cloud technologies-alongside a redesigned scientific user experience-to help clients better capture, integrate, and analyze complex data. The result: faster discovery and product development, improved quality and compliance, reduced time to market, and greater operational efficiency.

As a member of the Lab Transformation team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and leading organizations across industry and government.

• Lead and mentor team members and fellow leaders

• Shape thought leadership to strengthen brand and industry presence

• Define strategic vision across people, process, technology, and data

• Oversee delivery of complex client engagements and build strong, lasting client relationships

• Manage risk, quality, and client satisfaction

• Ensure accountability for client outcomes and contractual commitments

• Articulate clear value propositions and business case

• Extensive experience in a consulting environment

• Demonstrated expertise in Lab Informatics

• Demostrated experience in transformation

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations
