Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 12 months' experience in a sales or target-driven role (ideally within a call centre environment)
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role
Experience selling to and engaging with a diverse customer base
Positive, competitive and self-motivated, with a drive to consistently deliver results
Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement

The role

Telesales Advisor, earn up to €49,000+ a year

What you'll do

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
Manage and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager
Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics
Handle objections professionally to achieve successful outcomes
Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as required
