- Maintain regulatory accountability documents, including the Statement of Responsibilities and the Management Responsibility Map under SEAR
- Act as a senior point of contact for the Central Bank of Ireland, supporting inspections and regulatory engagement
- Own operational resilience, business continuity, and wind down planning, including testing and incident response
- Provide regular operational reporting to the CEO, board, and Central Bank of Ireland on performance, risk, and compliance
- Significant senior leadership experience in an operations role within a Central Bank of Ireland regulated financial services firm or e-money institution
- Strong working knowledge of the Individual Accountability Framework, SEAR, and Fitness and Probity requirements, gained through holding or supporting a PCF role
