The role
What you'll do
- Ensure every call is answered promptly and professionally.
- Fulfill every duty and responsibility regarding the NDLSFO in accordance with proper procedures and the performance agreement.
- Process reservations and cancellations for NDLS customers
- Always adhere to the 8 Data Protection Principles.
- Be aware of SOPs and scripts.
- Ensure every organizational procedure and script is followed meticulously.
- Manage confidential information securely and in accordance with Record Management and Data Protection guidelines.
- Be an exemplar and demonstrate SGS values.
- Nurture and ensure good relationships with employees.
- Complete daily administration.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's Code of Professional Conduct and Integrity.
- Project a professional image of the company through correct attire and presentation.
