• As part of an established team of Mechanical & Electrical professionals the successful candidate will be involved in the production of competitive tenders/detailed estimates for pre-design or D&B projects
• Advising managers of bid prospects
• Attending pre & post tender interviews
• Compiling specialist sub-contract quotes
• Ensuring sub-contractor quotes comply with specification
• Completing take-offs from tender drawings
• Report regularly to management on competitor activity, market trends and any other market dynamics that may be useful to management

• As part of an established team of mechanical and electrical professionals, the successful candidate will participate in the preparation of competitive tenders/detailed estimates for pre-construction or D&B projects
• Advising tender managers
• Osallistuminen tarjouskilpailua edeltäviin ja sen jälkeisiin haastatteluihin

• 3-5+ vuoden kokemus arviointitehtävistä
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly numerate
• Ymmärtää mittausmenetelmät ja kustannus-/arvostuslaskelmat
• Computer skills in relevant assessment packages

• A previous trade or engineering background
• Experience with fire alarm systems is considered an advantage
