What we're looking for
- Experience in an HR, operations or administrative environment, ideally with exposure to HR systems or HR processes.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to follow established procedures, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support users and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling personal and sensitive information.
Nice to have
- Previous experience using an HR information system (HRIS/HCM) or a related business platform, such as a recruitment, workflow or service-management system.
- Experience producing system reports, maintaining data quality or carrying out data checks and reconciliations.
- Experience supporting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades or release activities.
- Familiarity with user access requests and role based permissions.
- Experience maintaining knowledgebase content, procedures or user guidance, or supporting training.
The role
What you'll do
- Act as a first point of contact for Oracle Cloud HCM queries, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate data through routine checks, corrections and reconciliations.
- Support the review, design and execution of changes or new requests from business teams
- Produce standard reports and data extracts and support scheduled HR reporting.
- Support end users through the Help Desk and maintain relevant procedures and knowledgebase content.
- Assist with system testing, release activities and minor system changes, recording results and identifying defects.
