We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Deli/Bakery Supervisor to join our team at EUROSPAR Skerries. As a Deli/Bakery Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our deli and bakery departments, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.

• Manage and lead a team of deli and bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.

• Responsible for the preparation, display, and serving of deli and bakery products according to established standards.

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock rotation to minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.

• Train new employees on deli/bakery procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide exceptional service.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, pricing strategies, and new product offerings.
