Your responsibilities

Responsible for the product lifecycle of Allianz Partners' end-to-end digital sales ecosystem, from lead generation to signed contract. The role integrates multiple digital assets into one connected ecosystem: multiple Salesforce orgs, Conga CLM, the Unified Customer View (UCV) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with Agentforce AI agents and other AI tools such as Claude embedded across the sales journey, and Whatfix digital adoption guiding users in-app, plus the supporting tools around them (quotation and analytics).

The Senior Product Owner & Delivery Lead owns the long-term strategy, roadmap and day-to-day performance of these products, and is accountable for delivering them end to end. They are the primary interface between Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Data Privacy, Compliance, IT and external vendors. They lead cross-functional delivery and are accountable for platform health, regulatory compliance, governance, the platform budget, the performance of multiple vendors and providers, and measurable business value.

The portfolio is not fixed: it grows as new solutions, tools and platforms are integrated into the ecosystem (through consolidation, acquisition of new capabilities or new business needs), and the role takes on ownership of them as they join.

The role operates across a multi-org landscape serving 36+ countries plus 6 global functions, multiple Lines of Business, around 2,500 users and 6+ user personas. It supports the Elevate Sales Productivity workstream.

Reporting to the Head of Salesforce CRM, the Project Manager has the following responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for the sales ecosystem, aligned with business objectives and the Elevate programme.
  • Own the end-to-end sales technology portfolio, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Conga CLM, customer master data, lead generation, CRM, and pipeline management.
  • Lead the Salesforce platform consolidation strategy, including migration planning, data transformation, governance, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
  • Own the Agentforce roadmap and AI strategy, identifying and scaling AI use cases that improve sales productivity, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Analyse market trends, user needs, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and continuous platform evolution.
  • Build business cases, secure budget approval, and demonstrate measurable business value through growth, adoption, efficiency, and conversion metrics.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, leading Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, and balancing global standards with local business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and multiple delivery streams, coordinating internal stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Own platform architecture and integrations across Salesforce, Conga CLM, UCV, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI platforms, and analytics solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, AI governance, and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, third-party risk management, and Allianz governance standards.
  • Manage governance, budget, and vendor relationships, including forecasting, contract management, SLAs, performance reviews, and multi-vendor coordination.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technology stakeholders, translating business needs into product requirements, driving adoption, change management, and executive reporting.

What you bring

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in Salesforce product delivery and integration.
  • Experience in product management, product ownership or platform management on complex, multi-system digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and release management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and vendor-supported delivery teams.
  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, administration and configuration), ideally across multiple orgs, including org consolidation or migration.
  • Conga CLM or an equivalent contract lifecycle management platform, plus quote-to-contract processes.
  • Salesforce Account Engagement (marketing automation) and its alignment with CRM sales processes.
  • Master data / customer 360 concepts (UCV or equivalent), data matching and data governance.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent sales intelligence tools, and their integration with CRM.
  • APIs and integration frameworks, SQL, and cloud environments, in particular AWS and Amazon Bedrock for hosting and securely accessing foundation models such as Claude.
  • Salesforce Agentforce and AI/agentic delivery: use-case definition, data grounding, agent design and testing, AI governance. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Claude and other LLM-based assistants, and with Einstein.
  • Analytics and BI tools.
